From the day the College/University application is lodged until student visa approval typically take about 2 months.
Below are the FIVE basic stages of the application:
1) Decide on college and course
Once we made contact with potential student and registered their needs, we will discuss and provide recommendations to suit their requirements.2) Submit application
When student has decided on the College/University he/she wanted to apply, we will help student to submit their application to the College/University and all other follow up actions required.3) Letter of Offer and Acceptance
If student’s application is accepted by the College/University, an Letter of Offer (LO) will be issued to student for their acceptance. Student has to accept the offer by signing on the LO as well as paying the 1st term tuition fee in order to guarantee a place to study in the institution. For student who does not have a valid certificate to fulfil the college’s English requirement, he/she would be required to complete an English Placement Test conducted by the college.4) Confirmation-of-Enrolment (CoE)
Once College/University received and approved all the documents submitted, CoEs will be issued to student for their Student Visa application.5) Student visa Application
Prior to Student visa application, student will be required to gather a few documents. Documents required include Health Document (Medical Check-up), purchase of Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), financial documents (if applicable), Valid travel document, Translated and certified copy of education document, Marriage Certificate (if applicable), etc.
